The Purple Tooth wine bar specializes in small production, unique, obscure, (and even organic wines) from around the world. There are approximately 30 wines available by the glass or taste. Wine flights (and the occasional beer flight) are offered as a cool way to compare various wines before committing. The Purple Tooth is also a neighborhood wine shop and there are over 125 wines for retail purchase. Those wines may be opened and consumed on premises for a $7 corkage fee. The food at The Purple Tooth complements the wine. We specialize in artisanal and farmstead cheese from all over the world. Wednesday night is Grilled Cheese Night and has developed a cult following. The Purple Tooth Wine Bar recently received an award for being one of Annapolis, MD first Certified Environmental Stewards because of our initiatives to decrease negative impacts on the Chesapeake Bay and increase awareness of the importance of environmental stewardship. The wine bar was built using all sustainable, reclaimed, reused, or repurposed materials.
